• Payments are non-refundable except as specified under our Refund Policy.

4. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and peers.
• Any form of misconduct, including harassment or plagiarism, will lead to disciplinary action.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, slides, documents, and exercises, is the property of NextVision Coding Academy.
• Content may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Certificates

• Certificates will be issued upon successful course completion.
• Certificates are for personal use and may not be altered or misrepresented.

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available if requested within 7 days of course enrollment.
• No refunds will be issued once 30% of the course has been accessed.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

NextVision Coding Academy will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
